Completed vocational training or equivalent recognised training or a high school degree or higher education, or a professional experience equivalent to a final apprenticeship examination for a period of 4 years based on an employment of at least 20 hours a week
Professional practice of at least 2 years based on an employment of at least 20 hours per week.
Practise experience as a trainer of at least 8 training days or 64 units, in group setting (from at least 3 participants)
